Habersham 2 features 2 bedrooms and 1 and a half baths. This historic, 2 Story apartment has a unique spiral staircase that connects the interior spaces. On the upper floor, there is a spacious living room with plenty of comfortable seating and a 55" Smart HDTV. The kitchen is equipped with an apartment-sized refrigerator and freezer (no ice maker in the freezer) a stove and oven, a microwave oven and a dishwasher. There is a combination coffee machine, so coffee lovers will enjoy having the choice of regular drip coffee or Keurig single cup coffee. There is an eat-in kitchen bar top table that has seating for 4 with additional seating for 2 at a cafe table on the attached porch. There is also a half bath powder room on this level. The lower level of the property, which is on the ground level, has direct access to the parking area from the Queen room which is extra convenient for when for loading and unloading luggage. This level hosts both of the bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and TV; the second bedroom has a Queen bed with a TV. The bathroom, located just off the hall, has a tub and shower combination. Guests will feel the rich history on this level which features original brick walls which also helps to keep the rooms cool in the summer and cozy in the winter. A utility closet with stacked washer and dryer is also located on this level off of the King bedroom.

The main entrance to the apartment is located on the second floor, and there is a second entrance on the ground level. Wireless Internet/WIFI is available for guest use. There are raised inflatable queen and twin beds available at the home for extra sleeping. 1 car off-street parking only. This rental is not pet-friendly. Note: Fireplaces are sealed and non-working, but they add to the ambiance! Also, the interior spiral staircase is very narrow and also not recommended for people with mobility issues.

TYBEE VACATION RENTALS - RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS By making a reservation, I certify that I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions set Forth. TVR will email your Reservation Confirmation/Receipt at the time of booking. Within 24 hours, you will receive an email with a link to sign your Rental Agreement and Policies electronically. Your Rental Agreement is due within three days of making your reservation or for reservations arriving within 15 days, within 24 hours. ANY Balance due on your reservation 15 days before your arrival date will be AUTOMATICALLY charged to the credit card we have on file. If reserving more than 15 days in advance, you may choose to process $175.00, along with the cost of Optional Trip Insurance, at the time of booking. The remaining Initial Payment Due equal to approximately 50% of your Total Balance is due within 10 days of making your reservation. If you would like to pay your balance with another method of payment (Check, ACH/Electronic Check, Money Order, Different Credit Card), then we must receive that before the due date or the card on file will be charged. Online Bookings are NOT confirmed until you have spoken with a Guest Services Representative of TVR. Credit Card IS charged at the time of reservation. Guest Services will call you within 24-48 hours to confirm your online reservation. Your reservation may be immediately canceled if we have not spoken with you within that period, if payment is not received within the required periods listed, or if your reservation fails to meet TVR reservation policies in regards to Age or; No-Group Policy, A Minimum of $175 will be retained for all cancelled reservations.
